winter green

The color of winter green seems to be my new happy thing.  It is popping up wherever I go.
Love this lacquer business card box holder from Furbish.

An enamel green and gold bangle sure looks wintry fresh.
or these....that I spotted over here on etsy.
Just the sort of thing to make one think of spring in the midst of winter.

Spotted this beautiful yarn in this wonderful winter green.
Greens inspire me and make me happy.

What is your new happy now?

Funny but that is the color of a certain jewelry company that I just adore!

love green this time of year...all of the evergreens so pretty against the dormant landscape. Like in your previous post....a little green in a winter white background is so refreshing

Green feels refreshing to me right now. Do tell, what is that beautiful yarn and are you making something with it?
I've just finished a hat from a green Tosh yarn.
My new happy is still a work in progress.

Saw this on Tobi Fairley's blog too. Part of me loves it and part of me is hoping the eighties aren't going to come back too strong! I think with the skinny jeans, shoulder pads, and ankle boots it might be too late :). Have a great day!

Patricia,
I am so with you. My last two jewelry purchases have been the wintergreen color. They seem to contrast well with my hair, eyes and skin tone. Though I had never loved green much before.

There seems to be a big shift that direction, and I'm being swept up with it!

What inspires my "happy" now in color is winter white, navy blue and teal green. Looking for a teal green pocketbook. Fun!
