cuddling up

We have a school delay (update - closing) this morning and it feels nice to cuddle up in my long johns.

Do you wear long john's when the temps drop into the single digits?
Some people refer to them as cuddle duds or long undies. What do you call them?

Wishing we had a delay today... slow moving in the West house today! I like to cuddle in flannel and lots of blankets! Stay warm and drive safe!

We have yet another snow day and given the weather, we may not be able to even play in the yard. These look so warm and comfy - long undies are for me!

More snow it the east? You folks are just getting it this year! Stay warm and cuddled up! I'm off to Charlotte, North Carolina. Hopefully no need for snuggies there!! XO

I do have a silk pair of long underwear! I use them for long walks in the woods, playing in the snow and for snowmobiling. Enjoy your cuddle time this morning my friend! xo

I guess I'm fortunate in that our school had planned a teacher resource day today, so I knew I would get to sleep in.

i bounce around from pajamas to nightgowns. But, first thing in the morning, I'm in my slippers and robe.

In fact, I still am!

Cozies, anything warm and comfortable! This time of year I must force myself out of bed, where it is like sleeping on a cloud!

Oh yes! Hanna Andersson long johns. And here in Virginia our school is cancelled due to ice and I am still in mine! And so are my daughters - whose long johns match mine. My days of matching pjs are numbered though as the girls grow older. Sigh. Roxanne

good morning, pve!
long johns are a winter time staple for me ... especially as our temps last night and tonight are dipping down to minus 30 (celsius) and deeper with the wind chill ... brrrr!
i have a few pair of the old fashioned one piece variety (oh yes, complete with the trap door!) ... plus the two piecers ...
love the term 'cuddle duds' ~ a new one for me : )
cozy in and keep warm ~

We call them long johns and I have a two piece silk pair that I use for under other clothing garments. Wore them this morning to shovel.

I sport my long johns when I have to layer up for a stint in the cold outdoors. We're in for more cold weather and snow later this week, but my plan is to remain in the warm indoors. :)

I do love my cuddle duds. I haven't put them on this year as of yet, but you reminded me that I should put them on instead of being cold around my house! You're always so helpful. I'm going to put my pretty scarf on as well...

Well they look way better on those models than I'm sure they'd ever look on me, haha, I hang out in my Lulus.

This weekend it seemed as if I wore everything I owned. At the same time. :-) Brrrrrr!
