news bureau

I really love bureaus that hold lots of treasures tucked inside.
Especially ones that include my illustrations!
J.McLaughlin has added these collages to the revamped web site.

ladies and gentleman
I love hearing about store openings, especially during this new economy and I really love opening an invitation to come shop and seeing my illustration front and center. If you happen to find yourself in Manhattan on the upper east side, pop in to the newly opened J.McLaughlin Ladies and Gentleman's stores on 72nd street. Shopping is good for the economy, right?

lucky lauren

Congratulations to lucky Lauren-

aka "Aspiring Kennedy" - She was randomly selected to win the JMcLaughlin tote. Please congratulate Lauren and send her a "cheers" as she moves to Oxford today. Lauren, let me know where to send your orange tote. Lauren's lifestyle blog inspired by Norheastern privilege will soon be inspired with a British accent.
Wishing you all the best in England.

collars up

pve design illustration - for JMcLaughlin Fall Advertisement
"Collars up" ~ This fine gal is sporting a fun casual fall look - a shirt with the collars "popped' - a boyfriend vest in merino wool and a generous "Aken" tote constructed of wool felt billiard cloth. Grosgrain ribbon touches give a fun preppy accent to a gingham shirt. My illustration was in Quest Magazine for J.McLaughlin.
Do you wear your collars popped or not?
