kentucky bibb lettuce

Truly, there are heavenly delights in Kentucky to savor and one of my personal favorites is a fresh salad made with Kentucky bibb, beets and arugula. Add a handful of toasted walnuts or pecans and hmm, hmm.

Sounds delicious. I'd love to join you for a lovely lunch of salad and tea... or make that a glass of white. Hope you are having a wonderful visit.

We're throwing a Kentucky Derby party this year (I come from a family of horse betters). Would love to know your menu picks.

I'm totally with you except for the beets - one of only 3 vegetables I don't love (the others being okra and lima beans). But I adore salads and everything else sounds delicious!!
