Today we celebrate President George Washington's Birthday. I think I will go out and celebrate....and spend a bit in honor of our boy George. I'm thinking about visiting Geroge's boyhood home. It is about 5 miles from my house and they are having a lot of festivities there today. :-)
You'll have two days to celebrate. His birthday is tomorrow, which happens also to be the first International Be A Gentleman day.

I noticed a lot of people not smiling for the camera when I was in NYC. Apparently it's still not in. HAHA
Oh, I love good ole George! Guess who else's birthday it is today...my sweet husband, Grant! Poor guy though b/w driving us home from VT and conference calls....it hasn't been very relaxing for him.
I think Saturday will be his belated celebration. Hope you enjoyed your "day off"!

We had to do school today! Carson was sick with the flu this week so we had to catch up! Carla
Spent the day with the family at the park in our gorgeous 76 degree, sunny weather. Absolutely perfect way to spend the Holiday:)
He never smiled because of his false teeth...they were made of all sorts of things, not just wood, and they were very painful, poor man.
I had to work a bit today...but it was with a friend so it was nice!
