out-and-out

I am in a good place, I am on a roll. Being productive gives me happiness.
Finishing things on my list also makes me out-and-out smile.
Often, the hardest part is just starting, getting it out and on paper.
I started this work and could not eat, sleep or stop until I was done.
Now I have to send it off which makes me happy too, well happy in a sad sort of way.
Sending my artwork out is never easy for me.
Saying goodbye is never easy to those I love.
I am so pleased. Do you love it as much as I do?

It's charming! The garden is so lush...I'd love to jump into the painting and stay a while. Beautifully done Patricia...and I'm sure it will be well loved and cared for. It's difficult parting with special creations that you've put your heart and soul into, but knowing they are going to a 'good home' helps....a bit.

It's gorgeous! I have a hard time parting with my work...even if I am doing it specifically for someone.

I know so well how you feel. When I am on any sort of (art) work, or project I feel the same and the somewhat bitter sweet feeling of letting it go!
Your work is so beautiful, perhaps you should also create work for your own pleasure? Once in a while?
I know time is of essence....
THis one is wonderful!

I love, love, love it!!! I know it's sad to go but the recipient is going to have an out-and-out smile also. Your talents are a gift from God meant to be shared:)

oh my... I want to walk up that little path, smell the flowers, sit on that almost hidden bench and talk to the gardener that lives there. I am sure he/she could teach me a lot... and iced tea - I am sure there would be iced tea.

Oh, you know I love it! Your kind of talent is truly hard for me to wrap my head around. Having had the privilege of watching you work....the brush is an extension of you and it just flows out of you!!!

I know this artwork's recipient will be as thrilled with it as I am with mine. A personal treasure!

Someone is going to be very happy! It is just beautiful.

I wish I could paint and draw like that. Maybe in my next life!

PVE,

If you think of your projects as butterflies in transition and they have a voyage to take. It may feel better I can truly sympathize with how you feel and this may help.

It's beautiful! I want to live there...and I know how long and hard that process must have been! I have done a handful of house renderings in a watercolor exterior/interior rendering class I took in college....and they were not easy tasks...(plus they didn't look half as gorgeous as yours:)

Love it. Absolutely charming. You are so talented. Yes, I do love that feeling of accomplishment as well. I've been feeling sluggish and not marking near enough off my list. Just found out I have a low thyroid count today. Headed back to the doctor to check it out. Hoping they can give me my energy back!

It's fantastic. It really really is, and the subject is exactly what I need on a rainy, dark spring day like today. Your command of watercolors is continually inspiring!
