in the window

These darling dogs wait in the window for the master of the house to return. Can you imagine feeling the love, seeing "Summer" and "Max" ready to welcome you home. Not all the money in the world could buy that kind of unconditional love.

What is in the window at your house?

Darling drawing. After my beloved Circe died, my close friend did a beautiful painting of her, to this day (20 years later) it still hangs in my bedroom. The joy on my dogs' faces (i even have an adopted pitbull who smiles) is priceless. We have a ritual and they wait for me every evening

they are adorable! My little dogs love sitting watching the garden, although on our evening walk we see a very cute westie who sits on the back of a sofa watching the world go by on his street!

So sweet! You always manage to bring a smile to the face.

Our English Bulldog, Bozley, is faithfully waiting by the door for us each evening to greet our arrival home.

I have a similar sight but our dog has a big teethy grin and has a might fast wagging tail. Scares the visitors but she is all love!

Love your painting..they are so cute!!

This is a sight dog owners all know and love. Coming home after a hard day of work and being greeted by our four legged friend.

Geronimo, my pointer, likes instead to wait for me near the door. At my window I like to have a lamp welcoming me in the evening with its light.

So sweet to have those guys waiting...
Our dog does not fit in the window, but he stands up and surveys the street scene!

Victoria, who will miss her friend PVE!

How sweet! Now I can't stop singing, "How much is that doggie in the window?"

My little dog, Daisy, waits at home for me. She's a cutey too!

Aw the love of a beloved...priceless indeed and ingrained in your heart forever. I miss my Kayla yet I see her in every
dog that smiles. My kitty kids Vincent and Maxx will forever be my tabby guys. They teach us true love undefined and permanent.

You are so right.
They are joy incarnate!
Even when we have to leave
them for hours on end,
they are there to welcome
us home, unconditionally : )
Our little Gracie peers
through the shutters when
anyone goes by or to give
the UPS man heck ~ She's only
seven pounds, but what a bark!
This is the sweetest picture and you've really captured the
souls of these two dogs!
xx Suzanne

I love Geronimo Albarosa...he's so adorable.

I was going to say these guys reminded me of Bailey, and there she was...

These are very special Patricia. My sister's hangs on her living room wall proudly.

Pretty much the same sight is in my own window. Except bigger, with one white and one black!
I'm crazy for this painting!

Love this illustration and the story it tells. Our chickens look throught the window of their new cottage--kind of like dogs but not at all! Very charming!

Sawdust and dead wasps. Apparently there's a wasp nest somewhere inside with all the renovation going on. So yeah; sawdust and dead wasps in my window. :-)

Hope you're having a great summer! Having a lovely catch-up with you.
