snow time

A blanket of white snow during our holiday week is a blessing.
My son on the left with his buddies from when they were in preschool.  I still see them as power rangers and super heros.  Wishing you all a beautiful week surrounded by those you love and here's to making memories to savor for years to come.

We received a foot of snow yesterday and Dylan dog is having a ball in it. I hope your son and his friends had fun!

Beautiful, Patricia. Such a beautiful white world. I hope you are having a wonderful winter break.

Thank you so much for your encouraging comment on my last post, it was much appreciated. My dad is thankfully out of danger and getting rehabilitative care at a nearby retirement home. Mom is having a tough time so I've decided to stay with her for awhile, until we know what's next, and I'm so grateful that the flexibility in my life allows me to do so!

I hope to be able to jump back into all the wonderful conversations and connections our blog world brings when things get back to some sort of normal. Until then, thanks again! I'm sending lots of wishes to you and your family for a happy new year and a bright 2013! XOXO

Hi Patricia, We have been skiing daily since the 23rd - this last storm was such a wonderful gift. So good to see the landscape blanketed and the snow-covered tree branches bowing low. Wishing you all the best in 2013!

Hi Patricia--you all look fantastic. No snow down here; but tons on the mountains close-by and my kids and many grand children are going skiing/snow boarding next week.
Have fun!

Enjoy the beautiful snow...we are finally getting a good covering down here. It's so pretty looking out the window at the winter beauty while staying all nice and warm inside with my family (you can tell I am not a snow bunny!)

My three are all home and have been spending time with friends from grade school days - so sweet to see such long time friends!

Have a happy and healthy New Year! xoxoxo
