attitude check

Do you ever stop to check your attitude?

Do you surround yourself with things that infuse a good attitude?

A lovely lady visited me last week one morning to see my new kitchen.
I openly embraced her visit and in turn she came with a sunny attitude and this gorgeous orchid.
Part of the reason for her visit was to check on the overall attitude of the kitchen designer and installer.
How happy was I to share my new kitchen and a glowing report on the kitchen crew who were dedicated to making this dream kitchen a reality.
I took this photo at night with my i-phone just to show how plenty of attitude can create drama.

How is your attitude?
Does it need some motivation or an adjustment?

Yes always checking on my attitude. But there are times I am unable to surround myself with those that inspire a good attitude within me. I guess thats life. Thank you for making me stop and think. Cheers SpecialK XoXo

All I have to do is come see some of my blog friends to renew a less than perfect attitude. Thanks for the lift!!!

Oh yes!! I'm constantly checking my attitude and when it's not where it should be--I try to act like a duck and shake it out and off. I start to count my blessings when I'm grouchy. Thanks for the reminder. Mary

I love the kitchen!! A couple of years ago I wrote a blog entitled "I choose Joy" I realized over the past 6 years that no matter what we are doing, no matter what we are going through...Joy is one of the choices we have. Once we do that, life does take on a different tone!!

Good reminders are key - much like your post! LOVE your kitchen! My husband and I are going to paint our cabinets in honor of our 10th wedding anniversary...sounds romantic, doesn't it?! I'm sure lots of wine will be involved - that will help :) Thank you, as always, for your inspirations!

Yes I do check my attitude from time to time. I keep in mind positive brings positive and there are times I must admit- I am human and shame to say, I had to leave my attitude at the door. :) However, my attitude is singing with your new kitchen and your stove is to die for my friend!! xo

Your kitchen clearly has a positive attitude. It's gorgeous. How thrilled you must be. I try to shift things around when my attitude slips into a less than favorable spot. "Focus on things within your control" is my mantra - and attitude is always something we can control!
Have a lovely day, Patricia.

Look at that gorgeous kitchen!!!

I must admit, my attitude is generally sunny, but I find that it's sunniest when I surround myself with others who seem to be sunny.

Let the sunshine in!

ps: Can't wait to see your studio!!

True Confession: Due to a yucky work week, I need a new attitude! Hard to snap out of it when your funk is running so deep. But your reading your post is rather timely. So I promise to adjust - thnaks for the reminder! xo
