knit wit

Today is the first day back at knitting after a Summer hiatus.  I wonder if I shall remember how to knit?
I guess it is like getting on a bike.
Love this witty "knit" bowl to hold my yarn.
I found it on pinterest.

Cool bowl....have fun knitting I hope it's like riding a bike again. I want to start back up come winter time...I hope I remember it's been a long time.

You knit? You are seriously full of surprises! It seems there's nothing you can't do! Knit away my friend... I love how your creative juices flow from a photo of a knit bowl... you've got some thick and juicy creative juices flowing through those veins!

I didn't know you knit too. I'm sure it's just like riding a bike - you never forget how.

I don't think you ever forget how to knit, once you've learned. I first saw little yarn bowls like this for the first time about a year ago and have had them in the back of my mind. Your pretty picture reminded me of them. Perhaps it's time to "treat" myself to a little gift!
Best (and happy knitting!)

I've always wanted to learn to knit. I think its time I have my mom teach me. I mean like I really need another craft around my house, but hey it could be really fun!

oh! we have so much in common! wish you lived here, we'd be fast friends! find me on Ravelry (StitchPoet) and if you like any of my patterns, let me know and I'll email them to you! You can probably make them all in your sleep, but as a knitter I know it is sometimes nice to not think! xov(kisshugstitch!)
