saturday secrets - a pinch

A pinch of this or that, can truly add spice to one's life,
like this clever "pinch" - designed by Craighton Berman
it is a salt cellar - the pre-sale design of 100 sold in 30 days
This modern armoire from pinch design would also be lovely in a dining area or a bath to hold a stack of fresh towels and potions.
I was able to pinch pennies and buy this vanity at the Waterworks sale.
The legs are "espresso" not white as shown in the above image.
Add a pinch of this - shampoo which is now available at Target.
As my Mom loves to say, "a little dab will do ya!"

What sort of pinch of this or that is your secret ingredient to adding more spice to your day?
Care to share?

I love a dab of cocoa butter on my hands before I start the day. It makes them soft with a wonderful scent. And I don't have to spend alot of money on hand creams.

Love your new vanity. The black legs will add sleekness to your already chic bathroom.

Happy Saturday!

What great inspirations. Love that cabinet, which reminds me remotely of an old door...
And your vanity, fabulous! I can't wait to see it all come together!
My pinch? Scented candle light. Adds always the little extra atmosphere.

Happy weekend, Patricia. Hope to share a tea sometime soon with you!

A very imaginative post Patricia. I love each & every item. A pinch for me would be my lavender tinted shampoo so my blond hair doesn't turn brassy (red looked good on Lucille Ball but not me).

Wishing you a lovely weekend!

I strive for a pinch (or more) of belly laughter every day. Good for what ails ya'! Love your new vanity. I pinched even more pennies when I placed a square Toto sink on top of my Boos maple and stainless cart (left the wheels on) that I moved (rolled!) from my kitchen to my small bathroom. A little modern and a little wacky. A little reuse in an unexpected way. Can't wait to see the new PVE house.

hi patricia,

before my feet hit the floor in the morning i reach for one of my aveda singular notes that i keep on the chest next to my bed. i put 3 drops in my palms, rub them together and inhale deeply and then rub my neck and shoulders. the aromas are so nice and depending on my mood can range from spicy to florals. this morning i chose cinnamon.

have a lovely weekend.

I'm a daily salt pincher and this is such a fabulously fun design!

I used to tell the little boy next door that when he puts gel in his hair it should be a dab the size of a dime, and his Mom told me he started saying "only a dab of a dime Mom"...so cute.

Happy weekend...
