Today is the day I usually head out and stock up on next years Christmas wrapping etc...but this new year I'm trying to live lighter and only buy what I need. In reality I have plenty of bows and paper etc...stashing the cash for college tuition!! Yikes I'm scared!
Hope your Christmas was extra special.

My stash/weakness is yarn and fabric. I probably have more than I will ever knit or sew, yet when I see new ones that I love, I cannot resist them. They are both mediums in which I work, so I justify it by calling them "supplies." When inspiration comes, you need your stash!
Best,
Susan

Frau,
I have a "secret stash" of wraps, of gifts and also secretly roll coins each week and walk to the bank.
Even it it is only 50 cents, it is something I do each week. Shh, it is a secret. I really has come in handy with the college fund.

Susan,
I like that you stash so that you are inspired when the iron or the needles are hot. That is why I always have lots of baking items on hand when I get the desire for baking.
Hope you had a wonderful Christmas.

I used to keep the old baby food jars - they make excellent places to stash little collections of everything from extra buttons to safety pins to coins!!
