I see shoes, orchids, candles, a child, chocolate, pretty legs and arms. I feel texture, shine, warmth, creativity. I smell goodness.
Babies, bags, not necessarily in any order, just symbolic of a wild life with a little gilt around the edges.

I see Zhush has added a little dose of Zen order. Thanks so much for sharing these

Love this!
I too have a black big binder that houses all my collective images, it is funny how my range of inspirations has not really changed over the years, just evolved a bit!
I like the folder,

Yes, I clearly had babies on the brain at the time! So many of those images still appeal to me 15 years later! This was a great creative exercise, thanks so much!

I LOVE these inspiration images. I'm vowing to start a book more in this collage fashion - I never seem to find the time but I love these pages!! And, is that fabric by Seacloth? Or?

Great inspirations - so positive and uplifting!!
Now I want to do this, too. And I feel like the Quadrille fabric underneath the book is the universe's way of saying that one of their patterns is the right choice for my dining room. Kismet.
Hi! The pattern is by China Seas! I love it! Funny to think my inspiration pics were done in a time before blogs and the internet as we know it today. Who would have thought?
I've been living my from inspiration folder all morning...now that it's lunch and I can sit still for a few moments I'm catching up on my blogging world! Love this posting - continued inspiration!
Ohh what great inspiration! The Quadrille fabric is one of my all-time favs too!
So inspiring, I love all the colorful images!
I have been doing inspirational books for many years, some are still around, some have bitten the dust so to speak...
Right now it's more about fabrics, well designed pieces of all sorts, and a little fashion...
Love this book, she has her style!

Very Inspirational! this is one of my goals this year -to do a visualization board and work on my art journal every day. Life is truly what you make of it.
Great inspiration here! Love that book, that would be fun to do for myself!

While I probably shouldn't admit to this, I have similar books. It started out as a manila folder and then grew into two black leather bound sketch books.
When I ge ta lull or need a bit style direction I flip through it. Now with the blogging world we have "star" and links at our disposal and it's all online.
