I delight every spring when my roses begin to bloom. Years ago - my clever Father-in-law trellised my rose bush above my garage. Everyone comments on how they love it so. I will show it off again in May when the fairest roses bloom and the petals prepare to drop the softest blanket.

Is that your house, it's adorable!!
What a great father-in-law you have. Anxious to see how pretty it looks when the blooms start.
WIshing you a good weekend,

How wonderful, rambling roses! I have planted a climbing rose a couple of weeks ago, with the hope it would ramble away along one side of our garden.
What a site that will be in full bloom. May I borrow your Father-in-law???
Victoria,
Years ago, on my very first trip to Germany, I visited the most amazing rose garden. I will never forget how every petal looked as if it had been massaged - I imagined Beethoven playing there to all these pretty roses.
Yes - my father-in-law is an another amazing man.

Maria,
Do you like the color of my trim, Brewster Gray?
I am thinking of changing it after the renovation-
A deeper gray green or a brown?

Just think...those roses are gently growing so that they can showcase themselves to everyone's applause. I love a trellis. Your Father in law is a handy man.
I'm excited to see them in boom!
I love how the roses were planted by someone so close and dear to your heart. They look pretty now, I can't imagine when this little gal is in full bloom in her party dress.
We have something in common a whole lot of stairs to our front door. smile... xo
Oh beautiful! What a wonderful sight and smell to greet you!
