black beluga



Black Beluga lentils are just as beautiful as they are healthy for you. Today, I am off to
Trader Joes to pick up some black beluga lentils to make this delicious salad.
After sharing a plate with my sister at Longman and Eagle, leaving me inspired to incorporate more legumes into my diet

My oldest son is allergic to legumes. Took me about a year to figure out what was going on. The salad does look yummy though, Happy Sunday to you:)

I used to eat lentils all the time when I was a vegetarian! I might have to stop in Trader Joe's and get some of those!
