I just had a great cold broccoli soup. I am so happy about the Summer and the veges rolling in. Cucumber and Avocado soup is high on my list. However, anti-pasto platters are my specialty--tomatoes, avocado, olives, braised asparagus, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, prosciutto, and tons of basil are calling my name. Best, Liz

Barefoot Contessa's Nicoise Potato Salad...it's loaded with greens! Hericot Verts, dill, parsley, basil, scallions, and even capers...they're green! Making it tomorrow and I can't wait!Happy weekend...xo J~
