From this tiny ovum and bowl, was the perfect beginning
(Thank-you Joyce)
inspiration for my new master bath.
Master Winning Architect - Christina Griffin's rendering from last March.
She is pure genius.
I inspired her to blog here, CGAStudio.
Being drawn to strong shapes and clean lines, enter my bathtub.
and floor mounted tub faucet.
The .25 wall mounted faucet above two under mounted sinks
(no more sharing one sink since 1996)
There is a part of me that adores white round penny round tiles.
and another part that loves the look of glass tiles
in pale sea glass colors.
This project feels a bit like designing the wedding dress.
An investment to love and to cherish~
Lots of choices to create something simple, modern, and luxurious.
The "ovum" of my master bath.

Glorious. Looks so peaceful, serene and yet with just the right amount of color.
I do like and I can see how it would be hard to make a decision on the round tiles or the glass. Hmmmm...
How much fun for you!

Look forward to seeing the finished room. I admit that I'm partial to glass tiles.
Enjoy! It is so nice to share the progress on the new addition to your home. Your ideas are lovely.
I cannot not wait to see it all completed! Small things do come in big packaging! Who would have thought this little egg started your creative wheel to turn. I'm so happy it did, now I know for sure I will be part of your daily thoughts. Smile... BIG xoxo's...
Being on the homeward run of a master bath project I say Just Go For It Patricia! Even though our timeline stretched out to a ridiculous 18 mths., the excitement I feel as I stand in that room is about as good as it gets. It's exactly as I envisaged in my head all those months ago, MOTH's done a fantastic job in reading my mind! The tub you've chosen is gorgeous!
Millie ^_^
