flower school

How would you like to attend a flower school and learn to artfully arrange a beautiful bouquet like this?  These ladies always inspire my heart to take a class. They are so nice to send me e-mails and alert me to the next class.  Maybe I can attend this one. You do know all about "Little Flower School."

flowers

Yesterday, at my weekly knitting group, one dear friend shared this fabulous book with us. I just ordered my own copy. "Simple, chic and cheap arrangements with flowers picked from the market or your very own backyard." The images are so wonderful, so simple and striking.
Do you have this book?

hedonistic pursuits

Call me a hedonist, but there is nothing quite like filling one's home with the heady aroma of fresh cut flowers.  I took a tip from Eddie Ross, and delighted in arranging my very own compositions of all white, tulips, hyacinths, lilies, and greenery and for days have had the pleasure of good scents all around me.
Are you on a hedonistic pursuit?  What are you filling
your home with?
