I have been reading some pretty impressive goals about various new year resolutions and just yesterday I took time for a little self improvement in the form of a manicure. I decided today was the day.
I chose a pretty wintry red nail polish.
Seated next to a "regular" - she told me that her weekly manicure improved all her tomorrows.
Have you been putting off today what you can or want to do until tomorrow? What you do today can certainly improve all your tomorrows. What is one thing that you can do today that will improve your tomorrow? Put it on your "to do today" list.

Lovely thoughts. I think meditating today will improve my tomorrow. I also need a pedicure and think I'll go with red!
Love the red.....I'm vowing not to procrastinate this year. Have a wonderful today!
I just read an article about models in the 60s and 70s who were required to have manicures and pedicures, even if their hands and/or feet weren't being photographed, because it made them carry themselves differently. Never underestimate the power of pretty nails!
Love the red, very festive!
don't think i could ever afford a weekly manicure, but im all for improving my tomorrows. xo
Brooke,
True, a weekly manicure might be something to save for but to view it as a treat to lift your spirits or a "rainbow" is something worth it's weight in gold.

Hi Patricia - It really is about the simple things. I just got a mani/pedi with a pretty dark red color - it makes me happy.
My two simple goals for this year are to burn more candles in my house and to learn to do a plank in yoga class...small things that I hope will make me smile!

Oh how I need a mani and a pedi. Thanks for the reminder that I need to put this on my calender for sure.
Great advice!
Hoping you have a wonderful year!

Your mani-pedi is divine + Grand Idea. xxpeggybraswelldesign.com
so pretty! My husband gave me a voucher for a day at the spa - mani and pedi included. I think that will improve many of my tomorrows. Can't wait.
