Oh, yes - that looks good! I've not heard of her, but will check out her blog. My parents are visiting this weekend and bringing fresh lettuce from their garden - very green indeed! Can't wait...
OK, not the healthiest but I need to use up my rhubarb. I'm making rhubarb custard pie. Thanks for the intro. I just followed her on twitter, flickr and added to my fav blogs. xo
Deeelish! Occasionally I'll have my greens for breakfast via avocado on toast. I swear by it: http://www.thekitchn.com/thekitchn/ingredients-vegetables/avocado-toast-simply-the-best-breakfast-ever-123515
Yum that looks delicious! I am about to go and make a stack of crepes for the family breakfast, but I think I may go and pick a bunch of sorrel from the veggie patch to pile on top of them. You have inspired me!
I just had a great cold broccoli soup. I am so happy about the Summer and the veges rolling in. Cucumber and Avocado soup is high on my list. However, anti-pasto platters are my specialty--tomatoes, avocado, olives, braised asparagus, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, prosciutto, and tons of basil are calling my name. Best, Liz
Barefoot Contessa's Nicoise Potato Salad...it's loaded with greens! Hericot Verts, dill, parsley, basil, scallions, and even capers...they're green! Making it tomorrow and I can't wait! Happy weekend... xo J~
I'm making a Strawberry and Spinach salad...trying to love more greens in my life!Have a wonderful weekend!
