Today is all about being green and flapping my birthday wings.
Ever since I was a wee one, my day (St. Paddy's day) has been celebrated with something green.
My birthday (today) has always been all about green and something lucky.
No wonder green is my favorite color.

Happy Birthday!!! I guess what I do that's "green" in everyday life is recycle. I recycle everything I can, from paper, glass and steel to clothes (always donate what we don't use anymore).

Victoria is such a super sweet blog friend, really loved the guest post she made for me :) Mr B and I planning on making a trip over the pond some day (it's kind of difficult with the girls being only 4 months and two years, but we'll get there).
We used to go to Cali once a year for a road trip, but haven't been since 2007! :(

Happy Birthday dear~ I think the best tip would be to just really use our heads and our conscience. Reuse, regift- when bringing one thing into our homes, give one thing to someone that could use a lift. Have a special day Patricia.

We find it easy being green. We do alot of recycling of paper, glass, plastic (trying to cut down on the plastic). Books no longer wanted get passed to the local Library. Clothes get passed onto local charities. We're always looking for new ways to recycle and/or pay it forward.

Happy Birthday! My nephew's birthday is today too - he's nine. Green is my favorite color - I used to have a green kitchen and a green front door. In my current house my bedroom and bathroom are green, very soothing. Have a great day!

Green is my daughter's favorite color. Hazel green is the color of my eyes. We are green by separating our garbage into trash or recyclables.

A little odd but true: I save all of my bathroom tissue cardboards for the lower school art teacher at my daughter's school. Lower School Art Studio is a much anticipated class & I love the idea of creative recycling.

We always use "real" napkins, I feel like it is such and easy way to save some trees!

I saw your comment on my blog, so I had to rush over and wish you a HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!! Enjoy plenty of green cake today. Great giveaway, too. We try to be "green" by taking usable grocery bags to the store, recycling, waiting until the dishwasher is totally full before running it so we save water, etc.
