Happy to be blue, how happy these would be on a table filled with fresh flowers. Depression Glass, a tinted glassware was produced in the 1920's to the 40's and often was used in giveaways to persuade customers to purchase other items.
I have some cobalt blue champagne glasses that I love to use.
These lovelies, can be found here.

What color glass makes you happy?
I love blue glass, these are exquisite. Patricia, be sure to go to my site for the Fabulous Friday Giveaway!
ReplyDeleteI have a collection of pink and green depression class :)
ReplyDeleteA favorite quote... "If you're going to be blue... be bright blue". Have used it in several paintings. I have some cobalt glass and I too love it. It always puts me in the pink. Love the collection of glass. Did you see the green shell dishes in EDDIE Ross' recent post? Lovely!
ReplyDeleteThis picture is a feast for the eyes!
ReplyDeleteOh dear I love all colors! Each color tickles one spot or another. I have at least one piece (more in some) of glass in red, carnival, jade, pink, and green glass.
ReplyDeleteHave a colorful day! xoxo

All colors make me happy! Except maybe gray - I see the appeal, but it just seems a little dreary.
ReplyDeleteSo pretty. I love these. I don't have any blue glass in my home, but I am a huge fan of white milk glass. My collection has grown quite a bit. I can't wait to finalize my dining room and have a home for it.
ReplyDeleteLove this blue glass. It's so happy.
ReplyDeleteyes, i love blue always -fav. color :-)
ReplyDeletePatricia- This is a great idea for a post. I will share soon some of my glass. xoxo
ReplyDeleteI'm a bit partial to green. It's the color of the outdoors, it goes with everything and reminds me of life. Have you ever seen a plant look out of place in a room?
ReplyDeleteThe depression glass is lovely.
I was just speaking to someone about the red Depression glass. I always prefer clear glasses as I like to see the colour of the liquid within. But a nice blue vase or vial on the window sill does a beautiful job of colouring the world a little happier.
ReplyDeleteAll this blue makes me feel really content!
ReplyDeleteThe blue makes me think of the ocean - I love it. I have been thinking of starting to look for amber colored glass...
ReplyDeleteI am with you, blue is it...but I also like red!
ReplyDeleteI do like blue a lot. But for the most part I'm a "glass purist" -- clear.
ReplyDeleteOh, those are gorgeous! I would kill for those:) You know I love my blues and greens!
ReplyDeleteI think every color glass makes me happy :)
ReplyDeletethese are gorgeous. love the blue.
