artistic adventures

This logo was done for "Big Sky Seaplane Adventures" and was an artistic adventure for me to learn about seaplanes as well as the nature out west.  I did many renditions before the final artwork was approved  in order to get all the details just right.
Tell me, do you have any summer adventures planned?

  1. You do good work, Mrs. PvE.

One of my dreams is to take a seaplane to an island. Mrs. E. and I were sitting at a café in the B.V.I.'s when one motored in and docked. I felt we were living a "movie moment."

For the moment, I'll have to live with my laptop desktop image...

  5. I spend a week in Ptown on Cape Cod every first week of August - it's really my favorite week of the year! Only a train, a plane and a ferry to get there, haha!

  6. A hand drawn logo is perfect for that kind of business. Adds a little free spirited adventure to a corporate logo. Great job.

  7. Ah, a seaplane. My husband is a private pilot and he would kill to have a seaplane. Great job on the logo. Adventures for me will be to finish my book and add a patio in our back yard. I know. We're too wild, aren't we?-:)

  16. Our adventures this summer will mostly be of the outdoor concert, weekends at grandparents, day trips here and there variety. The weather is usually so nice here that we save big adventures for the grey winters!

  17. The renovation has left our pockets a bit shallow...so the glamour of the tri-state area awaits. Which we'll make fun no matter what!
