What sort of tools would you need to draw your mind?
Have you ever seriously thought of your mind as a tool?
Did you know that there is an app for mind tools and a site?
Several years ago, I had the great pleasure of working with a facilitator on several areas which helped me see my life on a wholesome path. Through guided sessions and experiments, I discovered how to look at my life as a rainbow. I was fascinated to find mind tools provided the above chart. What sort of tools or charts do you find helpful in planning and achieving goals?

What a cool app! I would love to see a map of the brain and the parts; how they affect our reactions and growth in different areas1

Karena,
Our mind of course changes through our ages but with the use of certain tools, it is so amazing how we can actually chart our mind.
So much of it is up to our choices and our health and well being.

I never really thought of it that way...mind tools I like the app! Right now my mind is a swirly cloudy mess and my focus is in the toilet....I'm trying to focus and set goals for the year. Have a wonderful day!
Wow...I've never seen anything like this. Something my mother taught me and I truly believe...what you put into your mind is what you will think about. So, positive in, positive out.

Frau,
Last year my mind was all over the place with much on my mind, twins applying to college and on top of that a renovation! I understand how your mind can be cloudy this year. Good luck with setting some attainable goals. With the right tools, and mind over matter, we can achieve such positive guidance.
Along with good reinforcement and setting up disciplines to create easy repetition, things fall into place.

p---- this is truly something to "think" about... truly amazing... xx
love it! I talked to my friend Catherine this morning and she is selling her draft/drawing table. She has had it since she was 17 yrs old and as she says it was the table where she made her money. The first person I thought of was you- thinking too bad you didn't live closer. xo
This rainbow mind tool seems like it would be very effective although I couldn't find it on the MindTool web site. It occurs to me that you could map it to one's Google calendar where entries and events can be color coded too. Thanks for introducing this interesting concept.
