My big sister sent this photo to me. Can you find me? I love perusing old photos. In many ways, I connect to my younger self. I always want to know more about myself as the childhood years truly are the formative ones. True to myself, I still possess a passion for white shirts and the middle part and a wide smile. Bangs just never were my thing. Now, do you spot me?
Wow - we all looked alike in those years! That's how we wore our hair and white shirts were part of the school uniform. A fun blast from the past!

Love old photos....you had classic style even back in the day!
ReplyDeleteBack row, far left?!
ReplyDeleteThis is so timely. We are cleaning out the attic and I came across boxes of old photos I hadn't seen since we moved from Charlotte. What memories!!!

Gorgeous at every age! Can't beat a great white shirt. I love love old photos too; I don't have children yet but I worry that by then, printed photos will be even less common than today, it' such a shame! xx
ReplyDeleteAw, I'd know you anywhere.....you look exactly the same - very cute! xo
ReplyDeleteI thought that was you! Of course you had an eye for the classics even then in your pretty white shirt! What fun to look back and remember...
ReplyDeleteThanks for sharing the photo with us!
The photo confirms where you daughter gets her beautiful looks. She looks just like you did at that age- Beautiful!! xo
ReplyDeleteI thought that was you with your hair pulled back. Always being different huh?
ReplyDeleteWell my eye immediately went to the slender girl on the left and that's before I read your post. That has to be you, right? Gorgeous then as now!

How much fun to be from a big family! I love to look at old photos...the little smiles on the faces of children really tell a lot about the person as an adult.
ReplyDeleteWe had friends in CT with 5 little girls and my kids used to always ask if we could have them over for dinner...and they would ask this at about 5 o'clock in the afternoon...I used to try to explain that one must have a plan when inviting a family of seven over for dinner....they just loved that every time they did come over it felt like a party, just our little family of four and theirs of seven. I'm sure you have many happy childhood memories of dinners and birthdays with a brood that large!
Patricia: your daughter looks exactly like you - so pretty!
ReplyDeleteGreat picture--you just can't beat the classics. You look terrific!
ReplyDeleteLove looking at childhood photos, my mom has them all though so I only get to see them when I visit her.
ReplyDeleteI spotted you before the clues...very sweet picture!
