necking

Gathering a few new projects to add to my list for the new year and one project is to knit lovely neckwarmers fashioned like the one above. Who needs the hastle of a long scarf when one's neck can be kept warm and tidy! If you are a knitter - what sort of new projects are you working on?

That is the best neckwarmer I have ever seen. I will dig out my knitting needles and try to find a pattern. If you sell this exact pattern in your store let me know. I will buy one from you.

Happy New Year.

Love this neckwarmer. Please let me know where this pattern is available. If I start knitting now perhaps my friends will have one by next year!

So cute. I've never tried knitting! Looks relaxing, but maybe takes more coordination that I have? I want to get more serious about practicing yoga this year...

Is this a commercially available neckwarmer or a handknitted project. LOVE it! It's perfect!

i leanred to knit in the 3rd grade... i had a terrible mean teacher who ripped my yellow potholder out of my hands and took it apart because i got the yarn dirty. i think it scarred me for life... so i now appreciate everything hand knit... from afar... he he

wishing you a wonderful new year sweet friend...

Love Love Love this! For those of us like me who really don't need more bulk in the chest or neck area, love this idea! Thanks for sharing and Happy New Year!

Lovely neckwarmer. I plan to knit some of those this year. My mind is buzzing with new ideas for the new year--bags, fingerless gloves, ornaments for next year, hats--the list is endless. I'm working on an interesting shrug now.
Best,
Susan

Oh I love that neckwarmer! Looks like the right size project for me to start, and finish, on my adventure in SoCal.

Happy 1.1.11!

I was thinking of doing a neckwarmer as well! Was hoping for something big a chunky so am on the hunt for oversized needles and thick, thick yarn.

I am wrapping up a pair of socks, but I just purchased some gorgeous yarn to make an infinity scarf. No cables on mine, though: I'm staying with the basic knit and purl! Can't wait to see how yours looks!

This is adorable! I haven't knitted in a couple months. The last project was a baby hat. Right now I am working on a needlepoint belt for my gentleman.
