This is the most beautiful Spring that I can remember. My Lady Banks have just finished blooming and were breathtaking. My Dortmund rose over the front of the house is ready to take off as are my Zepherine Drouhin and New Dawn. I LOVE this time of year!
Lucky you, I love strawberries. I just sat out on my front porch and had coffee while I watched the sprinklers and listened to the morning songs of the birds. Nothing better, Happy Sunday,Kathysue
Love the azaleas!! We tried one in our backyard that bloomed once, then we nearly lost it, so we had to put it out of it's misery this spring. So sad!! Your retaining wall is gorgeous!!
Thanks to each of you for your enthusiastic comments in favor of my strawberries, I am off to the garden store for some netting so no little creatures decide to have strawberries, uninvited! pve
Your sweet plants look so happy! I didn't notice until now you have posted about strawberries too. If only the miles were kinder to us. I would love to share a slice of strawberry pie or shortcake while we sit and chat. xo
Thay are so beautiful lined up along the wall Patricia!

I cannot wait to have a garden someday. After living in apartments for years, I pine for my own place to cultivate. They look beautiful!
