Yes, it is true, roosters crow and hens deliver. I'll bet my hand on this pretty little hen and count my chickens to have my very own emersonmade flower to pin on a fall lapel. The photos are so sweet and speak to my inner farm girl. How about you? Would you pin a big flower on for fun while gathering eggs,
or walking down an aisle?
Very pretty, I love the red one best!
ReplyDeleteOoooh these are so pretty. I'm off to petal my way over and take a look. xoxo
ReplyDeleteYes, these are lovely. The second such post I've read today!
ReplyDeleteI absolutely love those! I would love to have one to wear with a pretty dress or just around town.
ReplyDeleteThese speak to my inner farm-girl and yet so very chic. I will run over and check this out. Thank you for sharing these delicious blooms.
ReplyDeleteyes flowers. yes. i bought a whole bunch at a flea market in nyc, and they come with a hair clip and pin back on the underside so you can wear them both ways. awesome :)
ReplyDeleteI would definately pin a bloom like that on my lapel, and sport it proudly!
ReplyDeleteFun and vibrant. Love the wedding gown..great images.
ReplyDeleteJust bookmarked the site - this is so cool. I have a habit of wearing flower pins - the bigger the better. These are the biggest I've seen!
ReplyDeleteHow can you not like an ad with a woman in a dress holding a chicken?
ReplyDeleteThese are really adorable. I wonder what they are made of to account for the price?
i liked the flower in the last picture! Its small and cute!
ReplyDeleteI LOVE flowers on clothes- it is so sarah jessica parker :)The style of the photos are just lovely.
ReplyDeleteoh, these are lovely! especially the red one :)

Very pretty! I love these and would absolutely pin one on while walking about NYC.
ReplyDeleteMy mother wears a huge red silk flower my father bought her at Dior in Paris in the 1970's. It works with every jacket from tweed to cotton she owns. I find it very chic! Invest and you will be shocked by its longevity.
ReplyDeleteSO cute! I love the ivory on navy!! Must get one for next spring!
ReplyDeleteThese are very charming!
ReplyDeleteOn a hat perhaps? And could not resist saying the obvious, "Fowl is fair!"
ReplyDeleteAbsodarnlutely! The red one with denim and my red cowboy boots!

Ah, Patricia, great minds think alike! I love Emersonmade's blog and style as well. I can totally picture you wearing one of her KISS shifts (Keep It Simple Shifts) she's writing about recently.
ReplyDeleteOh yes, I would wear one of these! Lovely.
ReplyDeleteNow, that's a statement piece! XXOO
ReplyDeleteAdorable Patricia! The big cream flower truly takes the Little Black Dress to the next level.
ReplyDeleteMillie ^_^
there is so much to that first image ...
ReplyDeletei love the look on the chicken's face AND the look on the girl's face ~ she nearly looks like she is about to burst ~ and the 'love among the chickens' book ... and of course, the bloom is quite bold ...
the best part is going to their site and seeing just how much fun is going on ...
thanks for sharing the fun!

I absolutely WOULD wear an absurdly large bloom like this! I love 'em!
ReplyDeleteUnfortunately, I'm of a body unbalanced: too bulky on top, not a flat tummy, but a way too flat bottom. Boo-bottom-hoo:(
So, I would keep it simple up top and pin the blossom to my backside.
I adore chickens. Had them as pets while growing up. I would have them now if they weren't so vulnerable. I get more soft hearted all the time and couldn't bear their passing (and I'm talking from natural causes, not because they would be on the dinner table. Never!)
