I take great delight in the first signs of Spring. A local nursery always has the most wonderful display of bunnies, chicks, and garden delights. It is hard to not walk away with something to put a Spring on my step or in my home. The fresh color palette of green, aqua, pink, yellow and lilac all speak to me and inspire me to paint.
Do these images make you feel springy? Are there signs of Spring in your world?
(Thank you to "Gina from me & mine" who kindly explained how to upload images in a square format, I am still learning how to crop!)
Hi Patricia,
ReplyDeletePlease send some spring my way because here it's raining and the sky just colored a shade of green/grayish...
Those green birdhouses in the second picture are FAB!

Thàt's it!! ......I'm on my way now!
ReplyDeleteAll of those spring pretties remind me of my years as buyer to an outstanding garden center. Waundering through a local garden center can touch on all of the senses. What nice, fresh images.
ReplyDeleteI have a wooden basket on my dining table w/green grass (the traditional Easter kind) and pastel colored wooden eggs that are polka dotted - they are lovely.
ReplyDeleteWe have a farm/garden center that looks very similar to yours in its gift shop. Everything they sell is as tempting as a bakery. I also have purple garden gloves bought last summer on vacation. I love the pastel colors of Spring, however, I also love the many shades of purple!
We just got back from Paris where spring was in full bloom! J'adore printemps!
ReplyDeleteThanks so much for posting these pics, they really are beautiful, what a nice shop!
ReplyDeleteThis looks like a wonderful shop! We have a local nursery just down the street that has baby chicks and all kinds of great local plants.
ReplyDeleteI'm feeling the spring in your photos. This shop looks cute. Today the sun is shinning, no snow and the woodpecker is out there doing his job hammering away. xoxo
ReplyDeleteLove these - so ready for Easter!
ReplyDeleteI love signs of spring! This year I spent a lot of time staring at my planters to see if I have any new seedlings popping up.
ReplyDeleteI didn't feel so springy when I looked out my office window at SNOW today!! Eeek!
ReplyDeleteBunnies, chicks, chocolates, lilies, pinks and greens and yellows and blues....I love this time of year!!
